“I've never really felt comfortable working out in a group setting. My first group class was a partner workout. I ended up pushing harder than I had been (working out alone for years) and felt like the coaches were really invested in my form. I'll never go back to solo workouts.”
“I was an athlete in college. The transition from working out twice a day to sitting in an office was really tough for me. Finding this gym brings me right back to being on a team! I love working out here.”
“The coaches here are phenomenal. I'm always impressed how attentive and knowledgeable they are. The workouts are tough be really fun! Great gym for all ages!”
