Anthony Hotte-Matteo

Founder & Kinesiologist

The idea of starting his training studio while he was studying kinesiology at the University of Sherbrooke.
  • Following his studies, Anthony worked in several training centers to finally found the OBJECTIV gym-studio in Little Italy in 2022.
  • OBJECTIV Fitness is a unique fitness goal (fitness, weight loss, muscle mass gain, etc.) based on science and human relations.
  • On a slightly more personal note, Anthony is a big fan of American football, a sport he played for several years.
  • Anthony has also been training in the gym since he was 14 years old, which gives him a good expertise in the challenges you may encounter in your fitness journey.

Alexandre Vallières

Certified Trainer

Passionate about sports from a young age, Alexandre became interested in the study of bodybuilding and anatomy to solve his problems with arthritis and chronic pain that affected him throughout his teenage years.

He is a firm believer in the body’s rehabilitative potential through movement and specializes in joint strengthening and
athletic performance.

  • He has been practicing flag football and climbing for several years.
  • As a certified coach with a bachelor’s degree in psychology, Alexandre is particularly interested in the mechanisms of motivation.
  • Its goal is to make the fitness process
as pleasant as possible. He wants to help his clients understand and internalize the
reasons that led them to undertake this change, so that they become more resilient to the challenges they may encounter along the way.
  • Outside of the world of training, Alexandre is a big fan of the outdoors, board games, video games and loves to watch movies.

Loïc Thiry

Kinesiologist-Coach

Originally from Belgium and recently settled in Montreal, he holds a Bachelor's degree in Physical Education (2018)
  • Brings over 8 years of experience in coaching and managing functional training programs.
  • Offers private and group sessions focused on enjoyment, motivation, and achieving concrete results.
  • Comes from a diverse athletic background: team sports, track and field, gymnastics, and swimming.
  • Specialized in functional training and conditioning for the past 9 years, with multiple CrossFit and Hyrox competitions under his belt.
  • Fun fact: bald today, but just a couple months ago, he had long hair down to his shoulders!

Jordan Fabre

Certified Trainer

After a childhood marked by being overweight and an adolescence affected by extreme thinness linked to body dysmorphia, Jordan discovered weight training and decided to take control of his life. This turning point grew into a true passion for sports and their physical and mental benefits.
  • As he witnessed his body transform, his health improve, and his confidence return, he chose to pursue training so he could help others feel better in both body and mind.
  • His philosophy can be summed up in one sentence: “If I did it, anyone can do it.”
  • Certified with two French state diplomas since 2011, Jordan has coached a wide range of clients in several countries, combining his two passions: sports and travel. He has guided people through major weight loss, muscle gain, post-injury rehabilitation, as well as high-level athletes such as rugby players and biathletes.
  • A former amateur CrossFit competitor, he is convinced that versatility and movement variety (running, jumping, lifting, swimming…) are the keys to a functional, healthy body.
  • With an approach rooted in awareness and adaptability, Jordan ensures every workout is both enjoyable and effective.
  • Fun fact: In 2022, he began creating travel videos during a two-year stay in Australia, where he combined work and exploration.

Dominique Doré

Kinesiologist-Coach

As a final-year kinesiology student, she embodies the determination and perseverance that define the OBJECTIV approach. After more than 30 years away from the classroom, she chose to return to her studies with a clear purpose: to gain a deep understanding of human movement and help others reach their health and performance goals.

An endurance athlete for over three decades, she has taken on numerous challenges-from 10 km races and half-marathons to Olympic-distance triathlons, a half-Ironman, and trail running events. While running is her specialty, her signature lies in overall performance.

Driven by a passion for movement and a strong belief in its physical and mental benefits, she lives and promotes an active, sustainable lifestyle. Structured, motivating, and results-oriented, she supports members in pushing their limits, building lasting healthy habits, and reaching their full potential.

Her unique background, ranging from endurance sports to outdoor adventure leadership, strengthens her ability to coach with rigor, energy, and genuine care.

Simone Plourde

Kinsiologist-Coach

Simone is a kinesiologist, coach, and Olympic-level track and field athlete. Her background in high-performance sport has taken her to the international stage and allowed her to develop a deep, practical understanding of human movement-serving both performance and long-term health.

She works with active individuals and athletes of all levels using a human-centered, personalized approach tailored to each person’s reality. For Simone, effective training is built on listening to the body, progressing thoughtfully, and enjoying movement. The goal is to develop a lasting relationship with physical activity.

At OBJECTIV, she enjoys helping people feel stronger, more confident, and better equipped-whether they aim to improve their daily well-being or push their athletic limits. Every goal deserves to be taken seriously.

Outside the track, Simone recharges in the mountains, through trail running, alpine skiing, and ski touring.

Maëva Faria

Kinesiologist-Coach

Passionate about movement since childhood, Maëva has been practicing dance since the age of six. A discipline that deeply shaped her relationship with the body and movement. This background naturally led her toward a respectful, fluid, and accessible approach to movement.

A kinesiologist graduated from UQAM in 2022, she views physical activity as an essential tool for both physical and mental well-being. Her practice focuses on movement for everyone, with particular attention to mobility, flexibility, and adapting exercises to each person’s abilities and reality.

Specializing in adapted physical activity, Maëva primarily works with older adults as well as individuals living with neurological conditions. She stands out for her ability to manage pain, improve functional capacities, and help rebuild confidence in movement regardless of the starting point.

Her goal is to help each person move in a more comfortable, safe, and sustainable way, while developing a positive and lasting relationship with physical activity.

Outside the studio, Maëva enjoys traveling, cooking, discovering new activities, and continuing to explore movement in all its forms.

Her journey began with a diploma in nutrition earned in France, which led her to Quebec and naturally toward a career centered on movement.
