Inspired by HIIT and Functional training styles, this group workout allows you to burn some calories while training your muscles so you can be stronger, faster FIITer!
Athletik
This interval based training session combines cardio, power and plyometric training styles to improve your athletic performance. Awaken the athlete in you!
Mobility
This workout is a perfect blend of training and mobility work, starting with a resistance training session followed by flexibility training. Train, move, rest, repeat!
